Delivery and Returns
29 Bell Street provides free local delivery for customers within a 20-mile radius of the Showroom (RH2). Simply check out using your delivery address and your delivery fees will be calculated.
As every order is unique, the costs of delivery will vary depending on the size, weight, location and destination of your chosen items. When available, special delivery conditions such as fixed price or free delivery will be displayed at check out.
In some instances, the cost of shipping will not appear initially at check out and instead be sent to the buyer once we have received the order and obtained a quotation for the shipping.
This will then be shared with the buyer and the buyer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund in the event they choose not to accept the costs of delivery. If the buyer cancels an order after an item has already been dispatched for delivery, the costs of delivery are non-refundable.
We can offer an exchange or refund on items that are returned to us in the same condition they were sold within 14 days of receipt. The costs associated with the exchange or return of an item are at the buyer's expense unless it is a local delivery in which case we may be willing to collect the item.
In the unlikely event that any of our items have a major fault we will offer a refund, repair or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible after you have received the item.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Should you require additional time to consider an item and do not wish to miss out on should it sell, you are welcome to request a hold on an item for an agreed period of time with us. Some items due to their demand may not be able to be placed on hold. Should you wish to place a hold on an item please contact us.
Goods on Approval
We understand that sometimes the only way to truly grasp whether you wish to purchase an item is to try it in your home amongst your own items and architecture. If you wish to try an item in your home, please contact us. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for safe delivery of the item and its return in the case of the item not being approved for sale. Other conditions apply.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 29 Bell Street, Reigate, RH2 7AW, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
